Wir bieten zum Verkauf eine online Plattform für die Vermittlung deutschlandweit von HairstylistInnen und Beauty-ExpertInnen an KundInnen. Die Plattform besteht aus einer Webseite (www.kokett.net) und eine funktionsfähige App (Ios und Android).
Anders als bei Treatwell (wwww.treatwell.com) arbeiten wir sowohl mit Hair- und Beautysalons als auch mit privaten und selbständigen AnbieterInnen.
Während dem Startup wurde in November 2019 gegründet, wurde die Webseite www.kokett.net im Jahr 2020 fertig gestellt und die neue App erst im Dezember 2021. Die neue App bietet eine Menge von interessanten Funktionen wie zum Beispiel:
- Onlinereservierung von Dienstleistungen
- Onlinebuchung und -zahlung von Dienstleistungen
- Interne Chat zwischen KundInnen und DienstleistungsanbieterInnen
- Benachrichtigung bei Buchung und Reservierung
- Erinnerungsnachricht vor dem Termin
- Interner Kalender für die Verwaltung der Termine
- Statistiken über die Leistung, um die Umsätze besser im Blick zu bekommen
- Rechnung anzeigen
- Tipps und Beratung
- Interner Blogs
- Usw.
Zielgruppe:
Da wir Provisionen sowohl bei KundInnen als auch DienstleistungsanbieterInnen abziehen, haben zwei unterschiedlichen Zielgruppe:
- Hair- und Beautysalons, Selbständige, die Dienstleistungen anbieten und
- KundInnen, die auf der Plattform Dienste buchen
Große Potential:
- Die Friseurbranche hat einen Umsatz von ca. 6,9 Milliarden gemacht
- Die Kosmetische Branche ca. 1,7 Milliarden
- Potenzielle KundInnen ca. 14 Million in Deutschland
- Das Konzept kann in die Schweiz und nach Österreich übertragen werden

- Provision werden bei DienstleistungsanbieterInnen abgezogen
- Provision werden bei KundInnen abgezogen
- Produktplatzierung in der App (Blog)

We offer an online platform for the sale of hairstylists and beauty experts to customers throughout Germany. The platform consists of a website (www.kokett.net) and a working app (Ios and Android).
Unlike Treatwell (www.treatwell.com), we work with hair and beauty salons as well as private and independent providers.
While the startup was founded in November 2019, the website www.kokett.net was completed in 2020 and the new app only in December 2021. The new app offers a lot of interesting functions such as:
- Online reservation of services
- Online booking and payment of services
- Internal chat between customers and service providers
- Notification on booking and reservation
- Reminder message before the appointment
- Internal calendar for managing appointments
- Statistics on performance to get a better view of sales
- Show receipt
- Tips and advice
- Internal blogs
- Etc.
Target group:
Since we deduct commissions from both customers and service providers, we have two different target groups:
- Hair and beauty salons, self-employed people providing services and
- Customers who book services on the platform
Great potential:
- The hairdressing industry has a turnover of approx. 6.9 billion
- The cosmetics industry approx. 1.7 billion
- Potential customers approx. 14 million in Germany
- The concept can be transferred to Switzerland and Austria
Monetization:
- Commission will be deducted from service providers
- Commission will be deducted from customers
- Product placement in the app (blog)
